When do I get my modem?

If you have ordered one of aaNet’s modems and we have confirmation of an activation date will ship your modem to you via Australia Post Express. If all goes well, you should receive your modem the day before Telstra plans to activate your connection.

My order was rejected so what now?

If your order is rejected we will notify you of the reason. Generally aaNet will attempt multiple time to get you connected so if you have received notification from us it is very likely that you will not be able to get a service on the phone number you have provided. What can I do to prevent my order being rejected?

You must have a telephone number that is currently active and able to make calls.

You must have entered your credit card details or direct debit details correctly or your service will not be ordered.

How can I check to see if my number is suitable?

If you fill in the application form we can give you an online service qualification. This takes a little longer but it is the most reliable method.
